Your data

Delete your data.

You can have your account and everything attached to it erased. There are two ways to ask, and you do not need a reason.

From your account

Sign in and open Settings. There you can review the data we hold and request account deletion.

If you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook, use that same button to sign in — removing Kalendom from your Facebook settings disconnects the login, but it does not tell us to erase anything, so the request still has to come from here or by email.

By email

Email support@kalendom.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. This is the route to use if you can no longer sign in.

What happens next

Deletion is fulfilled by us manually: we remove your chart, events, consent state, and entitlement, and confirm at your account email within 30 days.

Records of your purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — that obligation is not something we can waive on request. Nothing in those records is used to rebuild your chart.

Your other rights

Deletion is one of several rights. You can also ask for correction, restriction, or a copy of your data, and EU residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). The privacy policy sets out all of them, and what we collect in the first place.
