Your purchase

Withdraw from a contract

Use this form to withdraw from a Kalendom purchase. We email you an acknowledgement at once, with what you sent and when we received it.

When you buy an unlock, you ask for access at once and acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (see the Terms). We still read every statement sent here and answer it by email.

The payment reference on your receipt (it starts with “tr_”), or the day you paid and the unlock you bought.
