What’s in your birth chart?

Your date, time and place of birth fix one sky, once. This works out where every body stood in it, to the degree, and draws it.

A the cheap horoscope says: “You’re a Leo, so you’re a natural leader.”

Kalendom says: “That is one placement out of ten. Here are the other nine, the houses they fall in and the aspects between them—computed from your birth moment, not your birth month.”

What your chart includes

Every planet, by sign and degree
Sun through Pluto, each placed to the arcminute from the Swiss Ephemeris—the same positions professional software reads.
Houses and your Ascendant
Placidus houses, added when you know your birth time. Without one they are left out rather than guessed from noon.
The aspects between them
Which placements answer each other, and by what geometry—the structure that makes a chart more than a list.
The wheel, drawn
Your chart as a chart, on screen and downloadable as a PDF. Free, and yours to keep.

Your chart is the instrument. The sky moving over it is your timing.

A birth chart never changes—it is one moment, fixed. What changes is where the planets are today and which of your placements they touch. The same result page scores that day by day, and every date you have already lived is free to check.

Questions about your birth chart

Is it really free?
Yes. The complete chart, the wheel and every placement cost nothing and need no account or email. Scoring days you have already lived is free as well—the forward forecast is the paid part, which is the order that lets you test our astrology engine against your own past before you pay for its future.
Do I need my birth time?
No, and the chart tells you which parts it is sure of. Without a time: 9 of 10 placements at full precision; houses and the Ascendant need a birth time. We leave them out rather than fabricate them from a noon guess, which is what makes the rest of the chart worth trusting.
What is the difference between a birth chart and a horoscope?
A birth chart is yours alone: the whole sky at your birth moment, computed from your date, time and place. A horoscope is one twelfth of it—your Sun sign, read the same way for everyone who shares it. We publish both, and we label which is which.
What do you do with my birth details?
They compute your chart. There is no account to create and no email to give, and the calculator does not ask for your name because our astrology engine only uses it as a label.
