Who you're buying from

Kalendom is operated by an Italian sole proprietorship — full seller details are at the end of these terms.

What Kalendom offers

Kalendom computes a daily score for any date against a natal chart you provide, and explains the score with explicit aspect and house references. The scoring rulebook is versioned: the same inputs against the same rulebook version produce the same outputs, and rulebook upgrades are recorded in the response so you can tell when something changed.

Past free, future paid

Scores for past dates (and today) are free to compute, with no account required for the calculator and nothing to buy for the backtest view. Scores for future dates require an authenticated account and a one-time unlock of the window you want to see. We will never charge for past data, full stop — even if rates or features change in future, your account's past view is preserved.

What you're buying, and for how much

An unlock is digital access to your personalized Kalendom calendar for a fixed window of future days: every scored day, with its explanation, from today through the end of the window you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

Each window has a one-time price in US dollars (USD), shown in full before you pay — currently $9, $19, $29, and $39 USD for the 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month windows respectively. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing auto-renews, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel. When a window runs low you can choose to extend it with another one-time purchase — never automatically.

Delivery is immediate. The moment your payment is confirmed, the window unlocks in your account and every date, score, and explanation is revealed at once — there is nothing to ship and no waiting.

Payments are processed securely by Mollie B.V. Robsons di Marcel Rob (trading as Kalendom) is the seller of record.

Withdrawal and refunds

Each account holds one chart: the chart you confirm at your first unlock is bound to your account, and every current and later unlock applies to that chart. To change the saved birth details afterwards, contact support from your account settings.

Because an unlock is digital content delivered immediately — the moment you pay, your full window is revealed, and what you have seen cannot be un-seen — at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day EU right of withdrawal (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)). This mirrors the line shown directly above the payment button. All sales are final.

Two exceptions always apply. If you were charged twice for the same unlock, or if we failed to deliver the unlocked window after your payment, we will refund the payment or fix the delivery — our choice, and promptly. For either, email support@kalendom.com with your payment reference.

For insight, not advice

Kalendom is for insight and self-reflection. The day scores are the mathematical output of an astrological model. They are not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Use them to reflect and plan — not as a substitute for professional advice, and not as the sole basis for a major decision you wouldn't otherwise make.

Accounts and termination

You can request account deletion at any time from the Settings page; we complete the deletion — your birth data, chart, events, and consent state — and confirm by email within 30 days. Purchase records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires. We may terminate or suspend accounts engaged in abuse (e.g. automated scraping that bypasses the freemium gate); you'll be notified by email when that happens.

Complaints, governing law, and your rights

If something is wrong with your purchase, email support@kalendom.com — we aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve complaints fairly and quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law or under the law of your country of residence — those rights always apply in addition to what is written here.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify account holders by email 30 days before any material change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
